Special Requests require a minimum 7 day advance notice from the date of the event.
We reserve the right to ship special requests the quickest way possible to be sure you have your order on time. You are responsible for shipping costs. If orders are placed in enough time prior to the event standard shipping will be used.

Special Requests may not be returned or refunded.

There is a $25.00 Service Charge for each Special Request order.

Special requests should include the following information:

Type of party or event: Birthday, Retirement or no reason, Just to Party!!
Mood you want to create: Fun/silly, Fun/conservative; Formal/elegant
Event: Just appetizers; Appetizers and entrée; Appetizers, entree and dessert
Is your request for a FUN or MORE FUN Party Power Package including plates, cups, glasses & cutlery or would you like a Party Power PLUS Package including decorations that you can put up quickly to create a mood?

Choose from these
5 packages:

Perfect for a party serving snacks, appetizers or desserts; works well for a cocktail party. This package includes smaller plates, napkins, cups and cutlery.

For the party serving snacks or dessert with an entree. this package includes smaller plates with a larger size plate for entrees. Also included are napkins, cups, cutlery and tablecover.

This package goes beyond the cocktail party or luncheon. some patterns will include banquet size plates in addition to the smaller and lunch plate. Napkins, cups, cutlery and table cover are included. some packages include additional tumblers or plastic glassware.

In addition to plates, cups, cutlery, napkins and tablecover, these packages may include invitations, favors, centerpieces, thank you notes and other decorations.

Included with themed tableware is a DVD. Various levels of packages are available.
